How to reset password in App as members?

  1. You can simply enter your "username" in the forgot password form to get the new password by email.
  2. Do not enter your email ID. 
  3. Enter only your username. 
  4. Your username is same as the userID of your email.

For example, if your email ID is payalsakhare@gmail.com, your user ID is "payalsakhare"

Another example: If your email ID is rahul@gmail.com, your user ID is "rahul".

Just enter your User ID and you will receive the password reset link.
