Brief bio: Dr.V.Arthy, is presently an Assistant Professor in English, Department of Humanities at Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India with 20 years of experience. At CIT, she handles undergraduate B.E./B.Tech. students and post graduate M.C.A & M.Sc. students. She is committed to student success through personalized instruction, mentorship, and innovative teaching strategies. Further, she is also certified OET examiner and IELTS Trainer. She is also a soft skills trainer. Her other contributions include preparing extensive study material and organizing Remedial English Course for the students from vernacular medium schools. She is keenly involved in organizing Training Workshops for students and Faculty Development Programmes for young academicians. She is also the Staff Advisor of the Women Empowerment Cell of the college. She has published a book and many articles in both National and International Journals.
